Seller Policy

Buyers cannot touch the goods before they pay, so their confidence rests entirely on sellers doing what they said they would. This policy sets out what that means in practice.

1. Getting approved

Sellers apply through the site and are reviewed before going live. We ask for your business details, a working phone number and email, and the categories you intend to sell in. Your shop appears on the storefront once it is verified.

2. Listing your products

• Every listing needs a clear title, an accurate description, and at least one real photograph of the actual product.
• Do not use another retailer’s branded photography, or images that show a different model or capacity from the one you are selling.
• State the specification honestly — size, capacity, colour, wattage, warranty period. If a product is refurbished or ex-display, say so in the title.
• Put products in the right category so buyers can actually find them.
• Do not list the same product many times to occupy more space in search results.

3. Pricing

• The price you publish is the price the buyer pays. Do not ask for extra money after an order is placed.
• Do not inflate a “before” price to make a discount look larger than it is.
• Commission is deducted according to your seller package; it is shown in your seller dashboard.

4. Stock and availability

Keep your stock quantities current. Cancelling because an item was not really available is the single most damaging thing to a buyer’s trust, and repeated out-of-stock cancellations will affect your standing on the platform.

5. Dispatch and delivery

• Dispatch within the timeframe shown on your listing. If you cannot, tell the buyer before the deadline, not after.
• Pack goods so they survive the journey. Damage in transit from poor packing is the seller’s responsibility.
• Include any accessories, cables, manuals and warranty cards the listing promised.

6. Returns and warranty

Sellers must honour the Returns & Refund Policy. Where a product carries a manufacturer warranty, the seller is responsible for supporting the buyer’s claim. See the Right of Withdrawal page for how cancellations are handled.

7. Customer communication

• Answer buyer messages within one working day.
• Keep the conversation on the platform. Do not push buyers to pay you off-platform — it removes their protection and is grounds for removal.
• Be civil, even when a buyer is not.

9. Payouts

Money from completed orders builds up in your seller account, and you request a withdrawal from your dashboard. Withdrawals are reviewed before they are released, and a payout can be held while a dispute, return or chargeback on the relevant order is open.

10. If standards are not met

Depending on how serious and how repeated the problem is, we may: contact you for an explanation; remove the listing; suspend your shop from the storefront; hold a payout while a dispute is resolved; or close the account. Counterfeit goods and taking payment off-platform lead to immediate removal.
