1. Information we collect

WhatWhy we need it
Name, phone number, email, delivery addressTo take your order, deliver it and reach you if there is a problem
Order and payment historyInvoices, warranty claims, returns and refunds
Account login detailsTo let you sign in; passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form
Messages you send usTo answer your question and keep a record of what was agreed
Device and usage dataTo keep the site working, spot fraud and improve what we show you

2. How we use it

  • Processing and delivering your orders, and handling returns and refunds.
  • Answering your questions and keeping you updated on an order.
  • Detecting and preventing fraud and abuse of the platform.
  • Improving the site — which products to stock, what to recommend, where the checkout is confusing.
  • Sending offers and product news, if you have asked for them. You can unsubscribe at any time and it will not affect your orders.

3. Payment details

We do not store your full card number or your mobile money PIN. Payments are handled by licensed payment providers, and we receive only confirmation of the result and a reference.

4. Who we share it with

  • Couriers and delivery agents — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver.
  • Sellers on the platform — the details needed to fulfil the order they are supplying.
  • Payment providers — to take payment and issue refunds.
  • Service providers that host or support the platform, under agreements that require them to protect your data.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it — for example tax records and fiscal invoicing obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your basket, and understand how the site is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but the basket and sign-in will not work properly without them.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Account information is kept while your account is open. If you ask us to close your account, we delete what we are not required to keep.

7. Keeping it secure

The site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and access to customer data is limited to staff who need it for their work. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us at once if something looks wrong with your account.

8. Your rights

  • Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete your account and the data we are not legally required to keep.
  • Withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

Email us and we will respond as quickly as we can.

9. Children

This site is not intended for children. We do not knowingly create accounts for children, and we remove such data if we discover it.
