As evident from its name, the smartphone runs Android 10 (Go Edition) with HiOS 6.2 on top.

The Tecno Spark Go 2020 is powered by the Helio A20 SoC that's paired with 2GB RAM. The smartphone has 16GB of storage onboard but it also comes with a dedicated slot for a microSD card, which allows storage expansion by up to 256GB.
